News Release (For immediate release)

A & E SALVAGE Inc. announces plans to develop a 30 acre site on the old Liberty Fibers Plant in Lowland, TN as a state of the art Metal Processing Plant. The new company will be called Lowland M.P.F. (Lowland Metal Processing Facility). Plans include the installation of a metal shredder, capable of processing thousands of tons of metal per hour. A wire chipper to process copper wire and a series of bailers for soft metals. Ms Elisa Guevara (President, A & E SALVAGE Inc.) says this facility will be state of the art, meet of exceed all federal and state environmental guidelines and be the largest facility in Tennessee. Thus it will be a major employer for the Morristown area.


The Liberty Fibers Plant demolition and purchase agreements where bought by A & E SALVAGE Inc. last quarter of 2006. The site has approximately 215 acres of developable area, with over five miles of railroad track and two spurs operated by Norfolk Southern railroad, a mile of road frontage and easy access to interstate 81.
