A&E Salvage - New Company

News Release - 2nd Quarter 2006 (For immediate release)

The owners of J & N SALVAGE, Elisa J. Guevara and Alisa C. Gruenberg have started a new venture company A & E SALVAGE Inc. This business decision was made as part of a deal to purchase a new salvage and demolition contract for the Liberty Fibers Plant in Lowland TN. The deal with the Bankruptcy Trustee Maurice Guinn and the Judge also included a option to purchase the approximately 215 acre industrial site. Elisa Guevara and Alisa Gruenberg would like to welcome their new partners and stock holders in A & E SALVAGE Inc. Mrs. Lisa N. Sawyer and Mrs. Ann C. Nichols both prominent business women from Morristown, TN. The new company will concentrate on demolition of the Liberty Fibers Plant in Lowland, TN, the development of new business on the plant property and contracting new business in the Southeast for purchasing closed manufacturing plants for salvage.
