A & E SALVAGE Inc. announces plans to develop a 30 acre site on the old Liberty Fibers Plant in Lowland, TN as a state of the art Metal Processing Plant. The new company will be called Lowland M.P.F. (Lowland Metal Processing Facility). Plans include the installation of a metal shredder, capable of processing thousands of tons of metal per hour.
